Orders/Pre-Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

• Pre-Orders → Our figures are currently in production, with shipping expected in early 2026 (January–March). This applies to both First Edition and Standard Edition figures. Resin Founder’s Editions are expected to ship earlier, around late November 2025.
• Regular Orders → Once products are in stock, regular orders are usually processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

How do pre-orders work with crowdfunding?
Pre-orders allow fans to support production in advance, helping us bring the full Moodsie™ collection to life. When you place a pre-order, your order is reserved from the very first production run.

What happens if production does not go ahead?
If for any reason production cannot proceed, all pre-order customers will be fully refunded. Transparency is important to us — we’ll communicate clearly about any changes and make sure our supporters are protected.

What happens if production is delayed?
Timelines may shift due to manufacturing schedules. If this happens, we’ll keep all pre-order customers updated every step of the way.

Product Editions

What’s the difference between First Edition, Standard Edition, and Founder’s Edition?

• First Edition → 100 pcs per character, highly detailed, collectible, and helps bring the full Moodsie™ collection to life.
• Standard Edition → Still limited, but larger production run than First Edition. Perfect for collectors who want accessibility and priority shipping from the first run.
• Founder’s Edition (Resin) → Ultra-rare, fragile resin figures in premium boxes with foam. Limited to a very small run (~100 pcs total) and never produced again.

Are the figures limited?
Yes. Each edition has its own limited run and won’t be restocked once sold out.

Blind Boxes & Mystery Characters

Can I choose which character I get?
No — all figures come in blind boxes for a true unboxing experience. Each series includes a chance to pull a secret character.

How rare are the secret characters?

• First Edition → Only 10 pcs per 100 are produced for the secret character (fixed ratio).
• Standard Edition → The rarity may vary depending on total stock produced, but secret characters will always remain limited and harder to pull than regular figures.

Quality & Materials

What materials are the figures made of?

• First & Standard Editions → PVC (durable and designed to last).
• Founder’s Edition → Resin (more fragile (but full of spirit), intended as premium collectibles for display).

Are resin figures safe for play?
No. Resin is more delicate than PVC and should be handled as a display collectible only — and as a true collector, we know you’ll handle with care! 😉

Orders, Returns & Refunds

Can I cancel a order/pre-order?
Orders/Pre-orders can be canceled within 7 days of purchase. After that, all sales are final since production is tied to order volume. However, if production does not move forward, a full refund will be applied to all pre-order customers.

What if my figure arrives damaged?
If your figure arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement (while stock lasts) or a refund.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Moodsie™ ships globally through our fulfillment partner. For more information about shipping, please refer to our shipping policy.

Who covers customs or import fees?
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.
