Refund policy
We want every collector to love their Moodsie™. Please inspect your parcel upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are issues — the sooner we hear from you, the faster we can help. Because our figures are limited and crafted in small runs, resolving problems later can be more difficult.
Pre-Order Note
Most Moodsies are sold on a pre-order basis. This means your item may not yet be ready when you purchase it. Each Moodsie is hand-crafted and painted, so production can take several months after the close of pre-orders before shipment. We’ll update you along the way.
Damaged or Defective Items
Each figure is carefully produced, but because they are hand-painted and assembled, minor variations or joint lines are normal.
If your item arrives broken, missing pieces, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@moodsieworld.com. Include photos (see below). If stock allows, we’ll replace the item at no cost to you.
Blind Box Characters
Because blind boxes are randomized, we cannot guarantee a specific character, even for replacements. If a blind box figure arrives broken or defective, we’ll replace it with another blind box — but the replacement will also be random.
Packaging Boxes
We know packaging matters to collectors. While we pack carefully, minor dents, scratches, or creases on the packaging may happen in transit and do not qualify for replacement.
If the outer box arrives with major damage affecting your collectible, contact us right away and our team will assist.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:
- A detailed explanation of the problem
- Photo(s) of the figure showing the issue
- Photo(s) of the shipping carton
- Photo(s) of the packaging box
- Your Order Number
Change of Mind
Because our collectibles are limited and produced in small runs, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds once an order is confirmed and/or shipped. Please place an order only if you are sure you want the item.
Gifts & Third-Party Purchases
- Gifted item defective? The original buyer must contact us within 14 days of delivery to resolve the issue.
- Purchased from a retailer/reseller? Please contact them directly, as we can only assist with orders placed on moodsieworld.com.
Refunds
Refunds are offered at our discretion only if:
- The defective item cannot be replaced due to lack of stock, OR
- A product is cancelled by Moodsie™ on our end.
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Transaction or processing fees from your bank/PayPal are not covered by Moodsie™. If your payment card is no longer valid, notify us before we process the refund.
Timeline: Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation, though this may vary depending on your bank or provider.
Store Credit / Exchanges
If you prefer, you may request:
- Store credit refund (less original shipping costs), or
- Exchange for another item (subject to availability).
- If the new item is higher priced, you’ll need to pay the difference.
- If lower priced, the difference will be refunded as store credit.
