Shipping policy

At Moodsie™, every order is fulfilled with care through our trusted logistics partner, based in China. Here’s what you can expect when placing an order with us.

Order Processing

  • All orders placed on moodsieworld.com are automatically sent for fulfillment.
  • Processing usually takes [2–3 business days] (please confirm with us before publishing).
  • Pre-orders will ship once production is complete — estimated timelines are displayed on product pages.

Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Asia: [6–12 business days]
    • United States / Canada: [6–12 business days]
    • European Union / UK: [6–12 business days]
    • Australia: [6–12 business days]
      (Exact delivery time may vary depending on customs and carrier performance.)

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been fulfilled, tracking details will be emailed automatically.
  • You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your Moodsie™ account.

Address Changes

  • Shipping addresses can be updated only while the order status is “Processing.”
  • Once your order is marked as Shipped, we can no longer make changes.
  • If you realize an error, please contact us immediately at info@moodsieworld.com.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, and fees charged by your local customs office.
  • These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • If an order is refused due to unpaid customs, we will deduct shipping costs from any refund.

Restricted Regions

We currently ship worldwide except restricted/sanctioned countries (such as North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and others as applicable). Orders placed from unsupported regions will be canceled and refunded.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos.
  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we’ll work with our logistics partner and the carrier to resolve the issue.
